Halloween is Over, Halloween is Over--Witches, Goblins, Big Black Cats

I am kind of sad and kind of happy. I kind of feel in between. My mom has a lot of rules. I'm going to talk about one of them though. It is the rule that concerns Halloween. Here it is: Once you are in 7th grade, you can't go trick-or-treating anymore.
How did you like the rule? That is why I'm sad because October 31, 2009, was my last time ever trick-or- treating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mom made me a BEAUTIFUL princess dress and bought me a puffy slip to go under I was so excited!
By now you are probably wondering why I'm happy I can't go trick-or-treating any more! Well let me tell you. You see before I went trick-or-treating I was helping Clarissa decorate for a party she was having. While we were trick or treating, 9 of her friends were here and she and her friends where going to have a haunted house for the trick-or-treaters, and I helped set up. Then when her friends came, I helped tell people where to go and helped make everything more scary! When we got back, we found out they had only one group of trick-or-treaters while we were gone so Liberty and I got to help. We were ball room dancers. It was AWESOME!
While we were helping, A LOT of people came true. Most people loved it except for little Madison Wachtel cried and Jon Dahl (who is a grown man) got terrified!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was so fun! Now you can see why I was sad and happy but I think this Halloween is the BEST Halloween ever!

  1. You have no idea how much nicer your mom is than I am. Stop reading right now and go kiss her and tell her she's wonderful and you're glad she's your mom.

    Are you back?

I would not let my kids do a haunted house because, unlike your mom, I am a wicked mother.

    Halloween! Bah! Humbug!

Your dress WAS gorgeous. You should go kiss your mom again.
